Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your order on the carrier's website.
Returns & Retoure
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@melyfit.com. We will then send you the exact return address and further information about the return process.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, the refund will be processed via the original payment method.
